Eichlers in Terra Linda are flooding onto the market right now. There are currently 12 Eichler and Alliance homes on the market in Marin County. I also personally know of 5 coming on the market in Upper Lucas Valley, 1 in Lower Lucas Valley and 4 in Terra Linda so contact me if you are looking to stay ahead of the curve and if you are looking to buy this year.

Currently there are 3 atrium model Eichler homes on the market in Terra Linda and I have another one coming on the market in a week. My favorite one is listed by Marin Modern Real Estate and is located at 25 Bolanos Drive. It is very sunny and in good condition. You can also visit 25 Calafia and 25 Serra Way which are within a block of this home and are currently on the market.

I have a great 4 bedroom atrium model Eichler coming on the market in April. It backs to open space and has a private back yard. It will need some cosmetic updates you can preview it here .

There have been 8 Eichler and Alliance homes to sell so far in 2009 but nothing in Upper or Lower Lucas Valley has sold yet this year. All of the activity has been in the Terra LInda Valley year to date.
