Attention East Bay Eichler enthusiasts, if you are thinking about purchasing an Eichler home in the East Bay, mark your calendar for Sunday, August 17, 2014 when  East Bay Modern Real Estate will be sponsoring a free workshop covering all aspects of buying an Eichler in the East Bay.

Hosted by Ken Fox, a member of the East Bay Modern team, the event will include:
