The 2014 Breeze Aire, Blu Homes’ newest addition to the world of contemporary prefab homes was inspired by our own favorite real estate developer, Joseph Eichler. Reimagining Eichler’s vision, the 2014 Breeze Aire is designed around a Breezespace and features an open plan with high ceilings, clerestory windows, and sliding doors that borrow a page from Eichler's book in blurring the boundaries between outside and in.
The Breeze Aire brings the family-friendly, easy-going California style of a traditional Eichler into the 21st Century. Using modern building technology, the Breeze Aire is built green and healthy. It is LEED silver certifiable, energy efficient, and puts mold and allergens at bay with a climate-controlled environment and hardwood floors.
