Happy Thanksgiving
I want to take the opportunity to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and let you know how much I appreciate each and every one of you: friends, clients, and our stellar real estate team. You mean a great deal to me, both personally and professionally. I couldn’t do it without you!
In the spirit of yummy food (which you all know I am also thankful for), I’d like to share a family favorite recipe for cranberry sauce. It is super easy and makes a great addition to the turkey dinner. (And the best part is that you can make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for up to 1 week.)
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cup brandy
- 2 Tblsp. orange zest
Sort through the berries and discard any funky ones. Mix everything in an 8” square baking dish. Pop into a 325º oven and bake, stirring occasionally, for about an hour.
Whether your Thanksgiving celebration is large or small, or at home or elsewhere, I hope you have a wonderful day spending time with your loved ones.
