Heath Ceramics Home Plate Dinnerware Exchange Program Helps The Homeless In LA

Attention to our SoCal readers! Heath Ceramics, Los Angeles has a great promotion going on this month that benefits both you and some of the less fortunate residents of the Los Angeles area. Every year Heath LA partners with Skid Row Housing Trust through the Home Plate Dinnerware Exchange program to provide newly housed (previously homeless) individuals with dinnerware donated by you. “How does this benefit me?” you might ask. In addition to the satisfaction of helping the needy, you will receive a 20% discount on any Heathware you purchase in exchange for your donation.

It’s really simple to participate. Just bring your old plates, mugs, and bowls into Heath’s LA Studio & Store on Beverly Boulevard and exchange them for equivalent pieces of Heath dinnerware.  You will receive a 20% discount for each piece exchanged. Exchange a bowl for a bowl, a plate for a plate, etc. Any brand of dishware is eligible. Your dinnerware will be given to the Skid Row Housing Trust who will, in turn, donate it to newly housed individuals.
