Fairorchard Eichlers, Sunnyvale

Fairorchard is an Eichler neighborhood in the southwest corner of Sunnyvale.  Located directly east of Cupertino Middle School, Fairorchard is bounded by Helena Drive, Wright Avenue, and Homestead Road.  The Eichler homes in Fairorchard can be found on Edmonton Avenue, Edmonton Lane, Edmonton Way, La Salle Drive, and Wright Avenue.

All of the 54 Eichler homes built in Fairorchard were designed by Anshen + Allen using four basic floor plans ranging from modest 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes to larger homes with 4-bedrooms and 1800+ square feet of living space.  The Fairorchard Eichlers include some of the first atrium models to be built in Sunnyvale.  While many of the homes in Fairorchard have been renovated or remodeled, most maintain the architectural integrity of their original design.  As an interesting aside, Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computers, grew up in one of the Eichler homes in Fairorchard.
