2007 Eichler Tour - 007 Licensed to Give

Hopefully you had an opportunity to participate in the 2007 Eichler Homes Tour which was held September 15th & 16th, 2007 in Marin County, California.

The 2007 Eichler Tour to benefit the Hospice by the Bay featured 24 Lucas Valley Eichler Homes & Terra Linda Eichler Homes as well as an exotic car show which included Ferraris, Aston Marins, Lamborghinis and more.  

This Open Hearts, Open Homes weekend event spanned two days with different homes on tour each day.  This presented attendees with a great opportunity to tour a variety of different Eichler homes in San Rafael, including:

•     Five Eichler homes in Terra Linda Valley Neighborhood, including properties on Golden Hinde Boulevard, Nova Albion Way, Devon Drive, Corte Pacheco and Dias Way.

•     Eight Eichler homes in Terra Linda North / Santa Margarita Neighborhood, including properties on Bolanos Drive, Las Ovejas Avenue (2 homes), Beechnut Court (2-story Eichler   home!), Montecillo Road, Pico Court, Cabrillo Court and Diego Drive.

•     Eleven Eichlers in the Upper Lucas Valley Neighborhood, including Eichler properties on Mount Darwin Court (2), Mount Susitna Court, Idylberry Road, Mount Tenaya Court, Mount Shasta Drive, Mount Diablo Circle, Mount Tenaya Drive, Pikes Peak Drive, Zephyr Court and Mount Tenaya Court.

This charity event was very well attended and helped raise money for the Hospice by the Bay, a not-for-profit 510(c) 3 Corporation which provides hospice care and related services across Marin, San Francisco, and Sonoma Counties.
